<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>?I?m expecting to make our pick tomorrow,? Ainge said earlier this afternoon at the Celtics practice facility. ?I?m excited about the fifth pick. I think the fifth pick can be an exciting part of our team this year and an important piece of our future.? When asked why he did not expect to trade the pick, if anything had changed in recent days, Ainge added: ?I felt that way from the beginning, that trades are hard to come by. We value our fifth pick, have high regard for it. We value the players on the team. There?s nothing that we?re close to doing.?</div>http://www.boston.com/sports/basketball/ce...s/celtics_blog/ :dunno:  :no3: :beee: :no1:Expect Pierce to explode in the next 72 hours and pack up your Pierce jerseys.

Wow. Too many fan bases have unrealistic espectations of this offseason and don't realize how hard these trades are. <span style="font-size:36pt;line-height:100%">"FROM CHINA, NUMBER 11, YIIIIII 'SOFTY' JIANLIAAAAAN!"</span> [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] <span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:100%">(Sorry, making fun of Yi Jianlian has become a hobby of mine.)</span>

Yeah... I hope Milwaukee ends up with him so I can rub it in your face (and your sandy vagina).

But of course Ainge is gonna say this publicly. I'm not saying we will or won't make a trade, but even if Danny was 5 minutes away from a completed deal, he would tell the media nothing has happened.

He's also said there is no ultimatum from Paul either (which I pray is true)Ainge has done a good job of looking at anyone and everyone for this draft and kept everyone guessing as to who he likes. That's what you want a GM to do.I have faith in Ainge making this pick.I have not faith in him making a good trade.perhaps he is starting to learn...
