To be honest the reason the Dems are going forward with an impeachment inquiry is because of the whistle-blower activity. It appears that Trump may have been withholding funds from Ukraine until they gave him information concerning Hunter Biden. While that type of thing has probably happened before you cannot get caught doing it.
