54th pick usually doesn't turn into anything. Only 50-60 pick ont he top of my head who has made a name for himself is Manu Ginobili. This is very unimportant, it's likely that Houston didn't have to pay much.
a waste of money if you ask me.... you might as well shouldve just bought the 60th pick for 6 spots and a few dollars less....
I am expecting a pretty big trade from the Rockets tonight. I am pretty sure they bought this pick because they are going to be trading the other pick, and likely another few players, for someone significant (hopefully Artest).
