He played well when he played against great college teams, the guy's a great shooter and a Michael Redd type scorer, you cannot be more wrong about him.
yes it just keeps getting better. The player we could have used the most goes to our biggest rival because our owner wants to fatten his wallet
More international talent going to the Spurs.. good pick in taking Splitter, they needed a PF, Horry won't play forever. Thought they'd go with Glen Davis, however.
Not a bad pick by us, but would have liked Marcus Williams instead. I'm surprised we passed on Splitter.
With Oberto testing free agency, Splitter was a very nice pick. Has range and can post up, some people believed he could go as soon as 16. The Spurs are still rocking drafts I guess.

I like Tucker but I am just waiting for some story to come along that we will trade him for future considerations or something Tucker being the first 1st round pick the Suns have used since Sarver bought the team
Here are the trancsripts of Joakim Noah/Nick Young in the ESPN draftcast. Both say some interesting things.--Kurt (St. Louis): This question is for Joakim Noah. What will you try to do to find the same team chemistry you had with your boys in Florida?JOAKIM NOAH: I think it's going to be a different situation, but I'm very excited about it. I think there's a great group of guys in Chicago. I'm very excited about joining a championship contender.Manny (nc): Joakim, what do you think about the windy city?JOAKIM NOAH: I'm very fortunate, very blessed to be in this situation and play for a team that's a contender. I only hear great things about Chicago.TJ(Chicago): Big fan in chi town, Joakim after being drafted do you want to just fly to chicago and get to work?JOAKIM NOAH: Yeah. I'm going to probably leave tomorrow and see what happens. I'm just really hyped right now and really excited. I can't wait to see what their plans are for me.Colin (Melbourne): hey..what do u think young children out there should do do achieve there best on the court??JOAKIM NOAH: I think enjoy it. Enjoy what you're doing.jake (chicago): Hey, Joakim. What kind of role do you want to fulfill for the bulls?JOAKIM NOAH: I want to have the role of a hard worker. Someone who want to win real bad.JOAKIM NOAH: Thanks for supporting me and thanks for the opportunity and I really appreciate everything you guys do and all the support. I'm looking forward to this opportunity.--dan puma (university park,md): Nick young was the steal of the draft.Nick Young: (10:23 PM ET ) I believe that most definitely. A lot of people didn't see me, because of the West Coast. I'll be going to Washington and hopefully we can get to the playoffs and make a run.Bronson (Oregon): Hey Nick, I know you have always been a Laker fan, so how does it feel to be drafted by another team?Nick Young: (10:23 PM ET ) It was different. Growing up in LA that's all you knew. But now I'll have to go up against them and get some wins.Joe (Wilmington, NC): Nick, how do you feel about teaming up with Gilbert Arenas?Nick Young: (10:24 PM ET ) It's going to be great. That's what the team needed was another scorer. Someone who can play above the rim. Hopefully he can throw me a lob.carson (dallas): hey nick, what aread of your game do you feel like you need to improve as you go to the nba?Nick Young: (10:25 PM ET ) Probably everything. I want to be a great player. I don't want to be satisfied.Chilih (nyc): Hey, Nick...would you rather be the leading scorer on a losing team or a role player on a winning one?Nick Young: (10:25 PM ET ) Role player. Scottie Pippen on a winning one. I'll play the Scottie Pippen in Washington.Justin (Tulsa): Nick, how important is getting the opportunity to play in the NBA to you and your family?Nick Young: (10:26 PM ET ) Very very important. It's been a dream of mine. Now that I'm here, no one expected it to be like this. This is a perfect ending to my college career. I thought I would have to watch the draft from home!Nick (Jacksonville): Nick, what are your thoughts on USC with OJ Mayo going there?Nick Young: (10:27 PM ET ) It's going to be great. Another winning season. They got Jefferson coming in with OJ, who's supposed to be the next everything. It will be a great time seeing all that young talent on the court.brian (stl): what are you going to miss the most about cali?Nick Young: (10:27 PM ET ) The weather. I wear shorts in the winter time! ------I like Nick Young's state of mind.

I don't like Alando Tucker.. a SG/SF that can't shoot, poor ball-handling skills, and doesn't move without the ball. Only thing good about him is that he has a good head on his shoulders and that he decent penetrating ability.Very bad FT shooting for a swingman, as well.
