I have a short answer. However, it does deserve an explanation. I am not interested in winning hearts nor minds to a cause. I do not believe such a goal is rational between peoples without shared moral code or values. The Saudi's are an ally, at least in the sense of our confrontation with Iran, a nation that has designated us as the great Satan. Close location to Syria in the middle east, but different US interest entirely. Saudis are our ally against a common foe, Iran. Not more than that, just that. Yes we should support them, in the common goal, not more than that. Yes I understand, 21 of 23 911 attackers were Saudis. But they just hijacked airplanes to get er done, not send Nuclear weapons. Can you imagine how many virgins in heaven will be available to the mother's sons that manage to get a Nuclear Weapon on any city in the US? Can't let the capacity become reality, is the only prevention. Shared moral values do not exist for any other answer.
Golly I have to do it. I know these tight ass mods will delete it, but it just has to be said. Damn man! Deleted. barfo
The annual anti-abortion rallies have in fact become Trump rallies. Count how many young white men in MAGA hats. Locking children in cages is just fine.
Well that is news. I can't recall having any deleted until perhaps starting about year ago. Have you been in on the party to the whole time?
Pro life = not participating in war. Trump promised to bring them home and I am thrilled we finally have a President who keeps his word, time after time. FWIW, the Kurds in question are communist terrorists who duped Obama into supporting them against Turkey, our NATO ally. They determined their fate after ample warning.
That photo of that tiny child with his hands up in the air while trying to surrender broke my heart. Damn anyone who would cause a small child to go through that.
I believe that too, but Marzy seems to think that couldn't possibly be it, since no Republican president since Reagan has used troops that way. barfo
I've already stated who I'd rather vote for - John Kasich. That said, I'm not at all happy how Trump is handling Syria. I hope and pray he figures things out....and very quickly.
(edit: not certain why my CNN link isn't loading, below. At any rate, It's John Kasich speaking with Jake Tapper on his Sunday Sate of the Union program.)
