    It might have been inevitable but then again it might have been the long delay while they were getting another Ump to call balls and strikes.

    Imagine if this Team had the wherewithal to play small ball, place hit, hit and run, steal bases and manufacture runs.

    Instead of constantly swinging for the fences, less LeMahieu and Gio.

    Imagine if this Team had a solid 1-4 SP Staff.
    Imagine a couple Injured in lieu of 3 dozen.

    I think the Cardinals were onto something. The ball doesn't seem to be traveling like it was in the regular season.

    ...DiDi got under that ball quite a bit and it was in the air a long time. The Cards lost because they simply were not hitting and it's not like others aren't hitting HRs...just sayin'.

    And it's not like the Yanx have not had their chances to score runs without having to rely on the HR ball to get things done.

    Take out Sanchez next game and put in Romine. We don’t need a HR hitter, we need a guy to just get a fucking hit and that guy is NOT Sanchez.
