Why would the sixers do this? Who do they want?

Sixers probably want Joakim Noah. I heard that they are very high on him.Bucks could draft Julian Wright at this pick.

[IMG] Like CB32 we would be looking to get Jeff Green, Yi Jianlian, or if we're lucky Brandon Wright.I dont care if we do it, but I think we would be better off collecting more young talent.

Eh, I'm not so sure about this trade if it actually goes down. I couldn't evaluate it until after the selections are made...

Trading up just to get Joakim Noah doesn't even make sense. You could get Jason Smith at 21, and he wouldn't THAT big of a downgrade from Noah. Philly obviously wants a guy like Brandan Wright, Steven Hunter is an adequate PF/C, but won't get it done as the starting PF.

We're also high on Spencer Hawes, but I don't see the point in moving up to six just to get him...Too bad I have to work tonight, and I'll have to watch the draft on my DVR... I should just call in sick! [IMG]

Can't say im shocked by this, I've been hearing all week that the Sixers were trying to move on of their picks because they don't think they'll have playing time for 3 rookies. I guess they just found this deal better than any other they had on the table.

Could they be looking to nab Conley Jr. as their future point? This would be a nice deal for the Bucks imo because this is a deep draft.

I'm really unsure about this. I think we can still get a really good player to fall to us at 12 like Julian Wright, Jeff Green, Brandan Wright, etc. and we can still fill needs witht he other two 1st rounders. The only way I'll be happy with this outcome is if we can get Jeff Green. I don't want Jianlian and I'm growing really unsure about Wright lately.

I would love this trade. The Bucks have so few guarenteed players coming back, this will add depth. Besides, we don't another star type player. We need to fill our team with good role players.

I'm starting to like the idea of this trade better. From what I've been reading we want to take Jeff Green 6th if we get the pick and Green is the player I want the most, so if we can get him I'll be happy with this deal most likely.

Or Corey Brewer? You're overrating Noah on defense, he bites for a lot of fakes and his timing isn't that great. At best, he's a solid shotblocker.

And you got it reversed: Sean Williams is the shot blocking machine, Noah is the defender
