It is not yet comfirmed if Laurence Fisburne will return as Morpheus Or if Hugo weaving will return as Agent Smith though He was killed by Neo in Revolutions. Not to mention he was the main villian in all three films. Time for a new one. Newcomer Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (who played Black Manta in Aqua Man) is the new Lead in the movie. Reeves isn't the lead anymore? Will he have a Morpheus esque role? The villian? Who is Mateen playing? The next one? A young Morpheus? An agent? Jada Pinkett Smith is in talks to return as Niobe. Hopefully, we get a new villian. Let's see what the machines have next. If it is more upgraded agents, how about some diversity. All white dudes with common names.
