Personally, I think Pete, Yang, Amy & Harris all did better than EW.

Predictably the first debates they went after Biden...he was the leading candidate...this time it was Warren..she's leading...I thought Warren handled it without blinking ...Yang, Klobuchar and Pete had strong showings...Bernie looks energized given his recent heart attack..good to see his humor is intact.

I missed the debate, but the closer it gets to actually electing someone, I think we need some fresh blood. The 'newer' folks need to get in there and make things happen. Whether thats Yang, Buttigieg, even Klobuchar, I dont really care. But I am sorry, especially to our present forum members in their 70's, 80's, but this is a hopefully 8-year job - beginning in Jan of 2021, and I dont think we need Warren, Biden, Sanders into their late 70's or early/mid 80's dealing with the most stressful job on the planet.

This time around you need a big personality to bitch slap Trump....young and fresh unfortunately probably won't be able to do it on a national stage but I'm counting on women to beat him like a drum and I think that's Warren Klobuchar on the ticket....both of these women would destroy Trump on the debate stage...

Huh? They'll be running against Pence, or whomever the Republican nominee is, silly. ;)

Does it really matter who they put forth? This may be your republican party, but it certainly isn't the one that I grew up knowing.

Good luck with that. You're going to need it if you plan on hanging your hat on him.

The Republicans are blowing the best chance they have to save their party by wimping out and going down with Trump.

While those people did well, I still thought Warren did well, also.
I was particularly heartened by mayor Pete who is my favorite in the cluster.

Lucia slept in after her exciting evening, she really likes having primates visit. I did workout, ate breakfast, and dressed for my walk while she was curled up in a little ball on our bed. Must be nice being a cat

Not so nice when you consider that they have to eat cat food and get chased by dogs.

The only reason EW would be interested in AK as a VP, is because of her mid west potential. Similar when Kennedy selected Johnson (couldn't stand the man but needed Texas).
I, question they would compliment one another. And if the tables were turned and AK was the candidate I would'nt think she would select EW as VPRM.

I think Klobuchar will be the vp choice because the dems need to take back the midwest. I agree though if AK somehow got the nomination, Warren would not be her vp choice.
