Senator McConnell has already said they would take up impeachment in the Senate and that they were Constitutionally required to do so.
I must say, he's growing on me. What an impressive person. Rhodes Scholar. Veteran. Articulate and super smart. How anyone, even Maris , can listen to him and not be impressed, even if you disagree with him, is baffling (although maybe Maris is a bad example as he is, by his own admission, a caricature of a real person.)
I may have to give him more time but so far as with just about everyone in the Democratic debates outside of maybe Yang, he does nothing for me. I think the problem is currently right now their speaking to the left and that's about it because they need the nomination, when they get to the were speaking to the whole country portion of the election process they may do more for me. Sure he's an impressive "person" most of them are that's why they're there because they have accomplishments that 99% + of people don't have.
Not everyone is impressed by vague platitudes and applause break statements. Some people want actual, specific, tangible policies layed out. Pete is severely lacking any visceral content. He can speak for minutes on end and literally make zero points. He says the same bland, make everyone happy statements we’ve heard from every other establishment jackass with no decent policy ideas. But yes, he is eloquent in his nonsense. And I can’t say I disagree with him, because it’s hard to disagree with a person who doesn’t say anything.

I gotta think this fluff also. At this point if Yang was talking about being a running mate he would be conceding that he wont win the DNC nomination. He is still talking big on winning the nomination and acting like he will, and as a Yang supporter I honestly don't think I could support Biden even with Yang as his running mate unless I had no other choice. I think most Yang supporters would agree with me.
