    2. Seattle SuperSonics/Kevin Durant/Forward/Texas 31. Seattle SuperSonics (from Memphis)/Carl Landry/Forward/Purdue Boston Celtics/Jeff Green/Forward/Georgetown (to Seattle) I hear Kevin Durant is fairly good.. [IMG] Sonic fans are you keen on Carl Landry & Green?

They obviously made out nicely in the Boston deal, but I still don't understand why they took Jeff Green. It didn't make much sense to me, taking another SF, especially considering they got Wally in the deal. I think Green is very versatile and he probably will be used as a 4 in Seattle, but I think they probably should have gone with Brandan Wright.

As for Carl Landry, I didn't really understand this. I think passing up on Marcus Williams and Derrick Byars was a big mistake.

I like Landry and hope he does well in the NBA, but I think Williams or Byars woul have been a better pick for Seattle. Still, any draft is great when you get a player like Durant.

I'm pleased with what we got. Shard is gone, So its not bad having Green; he can play 3 positions is what I have heard and is a good defender- thats a real important thing IMO.I think they will share time between 3 and 4 (maybe green guarding the 2 even) I have never heard of their second round pick though- that seemed like a bit of a SENE pick- but Presti was behind the Tony Parkers and Manu Ginobilli picks so I suspect he has got something good in Carl Landry
