    Have you seen the commercials for it yet?
    I read about this around the All-Star break. There was a TV commercial for it during the LDS I believe it was.
    Showed Judge and Children of the Corn, i.e. MLB players.

    Here's the full history of it, the story of the original field that is.

    Little did I know the original Field of Dreams, built by Universal Studios, split two farmer's lands.
    Both were giving tourists separate tours.
    All that would change ...

    They built it and now they are coming...

    There is/was a lot more to this story than I ever knew, until reading about it a couple months ago; after seeing the commercial.

    Ran into a Chicago White Sox Fan about my age last week at the American Legion. Dude like to talk baseball and we re-hashed those old Chicago Teams with Ford vs Billy Pierce, Fox & Aparico, Sher Lollar, Minoso and Larry Doby among others.

    My first new glove was a Nellie Fox model. (Mom won it for me at bingo)...I also remember that there was a kid in our neighborhood that was a White Sox fan, who swapped a Mantle card to me for 2 Sox cards, Minnie Minoso and Louie Aparicio.
