    He posted not long ago and mentioned he couldn't post from work anymore and was busy outside of work so, I think that was what happened....long breaks are healthy at times...I'm probably overdue for one when my recovery is complete.

    I know guys, life is moving pretty fast for me lately. I've really dedicated myself to planning my practices better. That's been taking lots of my time. I want to make sure that we're getting the proper amount of reps in each drill and then moving from one drill to the next more efficiently. If I had an assistant it'd be so much easier. I have Winter season starting in a few weeks which is gonna consume most of my time.

    I think the big question is: Are you teaching the kids to switch on everything when a team is inbounding with 2.1 seconds left?
