With PP and ray allen on the celticsand randolph on the Knicksand the nets looking to make some FA signings, and the Raptors looking to defend the Atlantic titleand finally the sixers, who I dont know what are doing, this could make the atlantic more exciting this year, and not the worst division in the NBA anymore. However, it all depends on how these teams gel and play their offseason.
I don't know about the whole atlantic, but the raptors vs. celtics should be a very interesting race. I think nets might be out of it if vince might be leaving (forgive me, I don't know the status with him).
Chris Bosh really does look like a Raptor. Like...he looks like a dinosaur lmao.Anyways, the Atlantic could be pretty solid. I could see NY going to the playoffs. Possibly Boston.
We are def making a run, but if KG lands in Bean Town, along with Ray Ray and Pierce, it could get serious.

I don't like new york actually this year. the chemistry is going to be just horrible. zach randolph and eddy curry? how is that going to work? neither of those guys can really be effective outside of the paint. and they both have bad attitudes. That combined with Starbury, a lazy and sometimes injured q- rich, and jamal crawford chucking, I just don't like it.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BottomOfDaMapTX @ Jun 29 2007, 03:12 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>If KG lands in Bean Town, I might be willing to just give them the trophy now.</div>haha. but I really doubt that happens.

I'm 98% sure KG won't be going anywhere.

Everyone else looks at the talent, but the Knicks have always had the talent, but just not the drive, character, and chemistry they needed to win. Getting Randolph certainly helps the talent, but not the other aspects it takes to win.
which is kind of sad. I feel pretty sorry for him. He's been busting his ass for pretty stupid management his whole career, and they've only been able to put together a decent team for him one year. I think he needs out, but he's sort of trapped.
