Re: Funny Scrubs Video's. I liked the boobs one the best. The Don't Smother Your Kids one was also pretty funny. I didn't think the Kung Foo Fighting one was all that good.

Re: Funny Scrubs Video's. I like Scrubs, recently started watching it on comedy central. The first episode I saw was the singing one that had 'guy love' in it. My favorite clip out of these is Kung Fu Fighting.

It is pretty much the child of Seinfeld and Arrested Development (though not quite as good as either of them)

Everything from that show was taken from Seinfeld, from JD (who has an identical sense of humor to seinfeld) to the ex who is his friend to the little drum effects. What it doesn't have in common with seinfeld it has in common with Arrested Development, with all of the exaggerated daydream sequences, etc. I love the show scrubs (in fact probably more than Seinfeld), but it is the furthest thing from original.

Scrubs existed beforehand, and shows before Scrubs and AD had daydream sequences. It's been done many times, but few have done it in the capacity that Scrubs does it. Yes, there are most certainly aspects of Scrubs that are shared with other shows, but that is like saying South Park is not unique because it is like the Simpsons in some ways. ("Simpsons did it!" lol)I don't really see the connection between Seinfeld and JD. Most of the plots in Seinfeld originate from Seinfeld or another character being OCD about one thing or another, then coming up with a hare-brained idea to solve whatever problem they have, then the plan ends in hilarity at the end. It's rare that a Scrubs episode is like that. Scrubs is more about relationships, pranks, trash-talking, occasional pervertedness, etc. If you're talking about the characters of Jerry and JD, they are very different. JD is naive, imaginative, silly, and a little effeminate. Jerry is a much stronger male... if you were to compare him to anyone on the show, I'd say someone like Dr. Cox would be more accurate (but I don't think that's a good comparison either because Dr. Cox is a bigger jackass, among other reasons). Jerry is easily bothered, has a lot of pet peeves, is self-absorbed, and so on. I mean really that is basically the full extent of his character... someone OCD who always find something wrong with his girlfriends. I have never heard the comparison before, and probably for good reason. It doesn't really make any sense. Perhaps you saw this and didn't realize it was a parody.I would say that Scrubs is unique because it has a fun (yet strangely dark) sense of humor not found in most sitcoms. It has used elements used in other shows, but not in the same way. There are similarities between I Love Lucy and Seinfeld, but that doesn't make them the same at all. The daydream sequences in Scrubs are phenominal. They take something that is a normal, everyday kind of thing, and turn it into something absurdist. As I said, other shows have done it (Andy Richter Controls the Universe, also my friends said Ally McBeal had daydream sequences ), but I haven't seen anybody do it like Scrubs. Another thing that is notable about Scrubs is how they seamlessly integrate guest stars onto the show, like Heather Graham, Michael J. Fox, Tara Reid, and even Clay Aiken. It's cool how they could put them into a plot and make them seem like an actual character rather than just a guest star.
Re: Funny Scrubs Video's. I just started watching Scrubs late night, and fell in love with it...Carla is a fine piece too...
