Re: You know what's not fair? It's not fair that the Cleveland Cavaliers were able to get hometown hero Lebron James and then the Pacers were not able to get Greg Oden or Mike Conley Jr. Which led me to think, what if the NBA were such that only players from your state could play for your NBA team. It would be pretty interesting. What would your team look like if players from your state (or country for international fans) were only allowed to play for their state's team.Pacersg - mike conley jrsg - bonzi wellssf - jared jefferiespf - zach randolph / josh mcroberts / alan hendersonc - greg oden / brad millerNext years Pacers would beg - mike conley jr.sg - eric gordonsf - etuwan moorepf - zach randolphc - greg odenAll time Pacers would beg - mike conley jr. / scott skilessg - oscar robertsonsf - george McGinnispf - larry birdc - greg odenWhat would your team be like?
Re: You know what's not fair? I don't think it's not fair, I think it's common sense that people don't get drafted by there home town NBA teams and the one's that do... we call it luck these days.

Re: You know what's not fair? No, what isn't fair is that the team with the seventh best odds at getting Oden got him, and that Memphis, Boston, and Milwaukee didn't.

The big market teams like the Lakers, Bulls, Celtics, Knicks and all of those need to start making the finals if they want their ratings to go back up. Them, or the interesting teams like Golden State, and Phoenix that play up tempo and can draw ratings. That's who they need to try to rig and get into the finals, some of those teams.
Re: You know what's not fair? If we just go where they played college at, the Magic could have these players:Jayson Williams, Mike Miller, Corey Brewer, Al Horfrod, Joakhim Noah, Udonis Haslem, Matt Bonner, David Lee, Taureen Green, and Al Thornton.
