This is it, folks: the game we've all been waiting for. The biggest game of the season!

Portland goes from playing the Kings to playing The King.

And this time, the Blazers will put it all on the line. Well, maybe not "all", but the Blazers are undefeated in the Rip City uniforms. Portland can't say that about any of their other jerseys.
These City jerseys are the complete opposite of the Cursed Classic jerseys, in which they are winless. Thus, the Blazers must win this game if they want to preserve the perfect record of these precious uniforms.

If those stakes don't impress you, how about the 3 home-game winning streak?
After a sluggish start of the season in home games, Portland has suddenly righted the ship and are on a roll, like Whiteside after setting a pick for Damian. Hopefully, the Blazers will keep it up, like an octagenarian after taking Viagra.

Okay. So we put Melo on LeBron and Whiteside on Davis. Hood covers McGee, CJ takes KCP, and Dame takes Green. Maybe Hood covers Davis some if we go small. Do we put Hezonja or Tolliver on Davis at all?

HA! You lost me at, "we put Melo on LeBron" HA!

Guys, I know you joke around with me, But I am a bit torn on this game. Do I root for the Lakers...... do I root for the Blazers......

Oh boy, Hoodie Achilles was bothering him last night and not sure if he can play tomorrow

Melo has historically played (relatively) well against LeBron. He gets up for that matchup. We also need the best version of Whiteside, but he too seems to play better against hyped bigs. The guy that’s gonna kill us is Howard. That’s an awful matchup for Skal, but I blame Olshey for continuing to ignore the position.

Forget the records, forget the seedings, forget all the Stats. Just remember that Lakers don’t win in Portland. So Let’s Go Blazers and Beat LA!
Kinda hard to forget the records though right? Oh that's right the Lakers have played a "weak" schedule I've been told on here numerous times.

most of those were harmless trolls, but PapaG and BenDavis were actually crazy. Keep them away.

Lakers, the top team in the Western Conference, has an Antetokounmpo.

Milwaukee, the top team in the Eastern Conference, has 2 Antetokounmpo's.

Hey Neil, I think it's time to go find us an Antetokounmpo to put on the roster.

Alex won't be draft-eligible until 2021

Another Phoenix lost tonight and the Blazers are half a game for the 8th spot with a lot of basketball to play.

You think globally. The big picture. Like it.

Do I care? Same answer for all three, it doesn't really matter.

when the game starts I'll be watching the 2nd half of the Ducks likely getting their asses kicked by Utah. It should be over by halftime of the Blazer game. So the night has the potential to be a real bummer. And an outside chance of being special, I'll take door number 2 please

So this Laker game is pretty much a first round preview. Hope you like what you see.

If we win this game it will be a huge boost to the team's confidence and chemistry. If we lose it, no big deal, we were supposed to lose it. I don't think we have a good way to defend LeBron or AD but I also think they'll struggle to contain Dame, CJ and Melo. Say what you want about Olshey but our three pronged scoring attack is causing defenses fits and opening up the game for our other guys.
