    It was the very first time any of those guys played that late in the season. It was a learning experience. When they got swept by NO, did you see them making the WCF the following year? It was the same thing. Everyone said "they were just happy to be 3 seed." Now it's "they were just happy to be in WCF." Yes, GS was playing without Durant BUT WE WERE PLAYING WITHOUT NURKIC OR KANTER (WHO WAS BASICALLY TOO HURT TO PLAY). Now we'll make the Finals this year and you'll bitch if we get swept there?

    Right, and Dame isn't mentally tough. What are you talking about? He and CJ are two of the most mentally tough guys in the league. You don't come back from 15 down in the fourth quarter vs OKC if you're not tough. You don't hit that shot if you're not tough. CJ doesn't take Game 7 ON THE ROAD IN DENVER if you're not tough.

    This year is gonna be tough to watch. As soon as Hood went down I lost a lot of hope....still I find myself dreaming what if we had a healthy Nurk, Collins and Hood. I believe we would be a contender with all of those guys healthy.....i don't know, injuries suck and it happens. Still going to watch every game, root like crazy, hope for the best, and think at the worst this is going to be a year we get some run for our young guys to develop.

    Dame, CJ, Stotts and NO all got extensions. I never said they don't want to win, I said they were happy to get to the WCF's and it seemed to be validation for them. He got rid of Aminu because he couldn't afford to bring him back, and ML / ET were expiring's he flipped, but hey I liked the latter to moves, they didn't work out. Dame's also 100% on the record saying his legacy is beyond basketball and Dame's amazing as a person and a player. So it sounds like your narrative might be the one who's way off if you think all that Dame / CJ cares about is winning.

    Just watched it. Personally, I consider like Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill to be his best, and like Hateful 8, Inglorious Basterds, and Django to be a tier down from this, this is definitely in that second tier. It's really good, if you like his movies you'll like it for sure.

    I don't normally drink at games (mainly because it's so overpriced), but I found myself better able to deal with that piss poor effort while doing so. Clever move for the Blazers to increase revenue.
