I’m thinking of taking my kid and a buddy to the civil war game in Corvallis this February. I’m just wondering if I can get some recommendations on parking, places to eat, good seat views, etc.

There used to be a place called the Big O where all the college kids hung out. It was pretty much just a diner.
At the games at Gill it used to be that half the place had bench seating, the student side, and the other side had individual seats. All the raucous fan support came from the student side. Also, back in the olden days, schools would send their pep bands and there would be friendly competition between the home pep band and the visiting pep band.
If you can, park on Monroe and walk across campus to Gill which is on the South end of the campus. Beautiful walk.
