Frustrating cuz it was a game we could have won. Missing those wide open threes at the end, a few really dumb turnovers....

Whitside with 21/18 on 9-10 shooting with 5 blocks. Empty stats? I think not.

How did Dallas commit zero team fouls in the 4th quarter?

Man, Can’t say enough of Dame. All those no. Call drives would have me shouting at the refs

And when the Blazers do it without another player on the court that can challenge a shot at the rim like Collins or Skal the other team drives and gets an uncontested layup. Great job coach. Nice game plan.

Great effort by the group. Lot of things went against them and they kept it a game until the end.

At the end, we had a chance and our shots didn’t fall. But game ball to Hardaway. He was the difference.

A lot of the times, Dallas scores because Hassan tries to block everything. Stats don’t tell the whole story. And often, even if he gets the block, they score.

On the bright side, we had 6 more assists than Dallas who is praised for how great their offense is!

Portland averages less than 20 assist with CJ, tonight they had 25 and shot 52% from the floor. What they missed tonight was the perimeter defense. Giving up 60 points from the arc will lose just about every time

Portland also missed Seth Curry, but Dallas didn't

Being a coach takes a bit more than sitting in a game thread saying “Hedge the pick hedge the pick! “.
Been reading if for three months now. Every time they did it tonight the Blazers got burned. The way they came back was by playing tough and making them take long threes that missed.
Luka made a huge three at the end. That shot was about 30 feet or more? If Dame and Baze would have made their wide open looks Luka would not have taken the chance on that shot and if he would have made it the game would still have been a one possession game.

Because apparently our players aren't allowed to be taught how to hedge picks and then rotate properly according to @kjironman1 and @Tince
