I was thinking, maybe Derek Fisher would want to come to Memphis...I havent heard anything about it but its just something I thought would be convenient. Hes from Little Rock, not that far from Memphis. Memphis has St. Jude which is internationaly recognized for childrens cancer treatment. Although we wouldnt really need him except to be a mentor, I think its a slight possibility. Dunno though
Yeah, he may work out in Memphis, but I don't see it if the Grizzles were to trade Gasol. If they do not trade Gasol, and they find another way to acquire Fisher, it would make them instant playoff contenders.

Yeah, we have 3 PGs right now, so we really dont need another...but I wouldnd mind having him on the team. He is a great leader and vet...but most likely he wont come here, but then again he might just look at where is best for his child.
I hope he comes back to LA because we basically only have 2 young point guards Farmar and Crittenton we need Fisher to help em out more Veteran experience.
