The NBA has a salary cap limit. In baseball it's that way, which is why the Yankees are always up there, but in basketball, that's not how it works.

I don't think he'll be here the year after next, maybe he will. He can opt out if he's still upset with the lack of attention. I wouldn't mind that if we sign KG if he also opts out next off-season.

He's undersized, but he has no playmaking ability whatsoever. He also has trouble taking care of the ball in transition, so I wouldn't give him the ball as a backup PG. The good thing about him is that he flourishes in the up tempo game, and that's why I thought he was a quality pick for Phoenix at 59.

The Bobcats are a new team and won't spend a lot of money for a few years yet.
