I completely agree. I couldn't really name any rookies performing better than the ones you listed.The reason Okajima is so successful is the head thing. He brings the ball back at the perfect angle so it is hidden behind his head until it's release. He also has developed a splitter that we in Boston call the "Okie Dokie"
