If we could get on a deal with the Pistons for Rose that would be awesome. A three way to help facilitate them moving Drummond.

I didn’t mean trade Simons, just bench.

DeMarre Carroll would be fine with trade exception I guess but the cost would be too high considering luxury tax.

Could significantly reduce the tax implications if you trade Mario & Caleb for him (would require separate trades).

Carroll -> into Baze TPE (temp 16th roster spot)
Caleb -> into Carroll's TPE (& then cut)
Mario -> into remaining Carroll's TPE

net change would add $3m of salary (~8 including tax)

I like this, and we'd open up a roster spot to use our Hood DPE on for a buyout guy.

Minny is clearly blowing this all up. I asked this earlier, but the Wiggins noise is even greater now than before, what would it take for us to be convinced to take on Wiggins?

    How about:

HW + future Minny firsts to GS
    Russell + Hezonja to Minny
Wiggins + BK's first to POR

I am amazed that someone took time to write this article. What a waste.

As long as people continue to convince themselves that Kuzma is a good player, stuff like this will continue to be propagated.

    Who got better?

Houston got smaller, Minnesota made a lateral move.

Do you ever actually think things through before you type?
