I like what you did here but the render is too dark/contrasted around his face. Take a soft round eraser and erase the layers in the part that makes it contrast, and maybe add a soft round brush using the bottom half if it on the top of the sig by his face so we can see more detail. Nice sig though. I would darken the edges a tad too
You have gotten better quick! Text is decent. Everything here is good but do what goat said darken the corners and brighten the render. get the dodge tool and brush over it.
misspelled ronaldinho, but about the sig. I'm not really feeling the mini-text, and I urge you to get out of that trend because it doesn't look good 99% of the time. Also, the render could be clearer, but you're fairly new to the game, so its alright. Just keep practicing. For your next sig, try to do something completely new, this looks an awful lot of your Magglio Ordonez sig.
