What about their life on Earth? Do you not believe their needs matter while here? Would you rather not as a society pay for their healthcare so you can punch that ticket to heaven sooner?
James 4:14 New Living Translation (NLT) 14 How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone. Personally, I don't live my life for life here on Earth. My hope is in eternity.
My brother was born with Downs and I have volunteered with mentally disabled foster homes ans groups since I was a teenager, sometimes I think I like the people I work with better then the rest of you guys.
Got it. So their needs on earth don't matter to you because you'd rather punch that ticket for them sooner.
Matthew 19:14 New Living Translation (NLT) 14 But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.”
This is almost getting as bad as the basketball section where every conversations goes to how much CJ/Stotts/NO suck. Except over here its ABM’s stance on abortion, and Trump...
Got it. So you are ok with punching that heaven ticket sooner for someone with a permanent disability, but not for an unborn baby by fighting for right to live so that they have the opportunity to live on a earth that you don't care about. Makes sense.
I get it. Your logic confuses me too. You said an unborn baby that is aborted goes to heaven. You are against abortion. Then you state that you don't want to interfere with someone going to Heaven.
If life on Earth doesn't matter, then making it to term and being born doesn't matter. If life on Earth does matter, it's important to meet the needs of those who are born. You can't have it both ways.
I feel the need to pick and choose what points I believe in vs ignoring those that are total nonsense.
Ever heard of First Amendment? People can believe fetuses go to heaven or fertilized eggs but not immigrants are children, but secular law is not based on your interpretation of a religion I don't follow.
