Feel Good Music

What songs just make your day better? Makes you feel good? Its hard to explain, but im sure somebody out there knows what im talking about.I have no idea why, but my day always brightens when Throw Some Ds comes on...I think its the beat..I dunno but it makes me feel good on the fuzzy inside....haha.

 

Whenever I hear International Players Anthem it makes me feel the same way. Its because of the "choir" in the background. The song is just real relaxed which makes me relaxed.

 

I am so sick of that song. I already listened to the Project Pat version a million times...then I listened to the Three Six Mafia version a million times...and I love Andre 3000s verse so I listened to that version a million times.....haha im sick of that beat...

Any song by Al Green, Marvin Gaye, EWF, The Temptations, James Brown, Jimi Hendrix will make me feel good. You can't beat classics.

 

When I get some crunk in my system I feel so good!!!

 

normally beulah, also kite flying society, islands, phoenix, Tahiti 80, I'm From Barcelona.

 

Embarrassed to admit but alot of 50 and 60's songs make me feel good, Otis redding - stuff like that. Not what I usually listen to but I like it on occasions- 80's power ballads are also good for a few feel good tracks that make you wanna holler along!

 

Any music from ATL makes me feel good...but I also like the old Motown stuff. When I hear Al Green...I get sad..haha.

 

Any Hyphy/Thizz music is bound to be feel good music. The same reason why I like more serious rappers from the Bay Area like Ya Boy now...

 

Get Dirty- R.Kelly feat. ChamillionaireParty Like a Rockstar Remix- Shop Boyz, Lil Wayne, Jim Jones, Chamillionaireor like SBoyd said some Ya Boy will do it. For me I guess some tight verses does it. Like "Hang Yaself"- Ya Boy and Cyserro. Ya Boys verse is tight.

Bob marley(wow am I really the first to mention that one?) Barry White(with the females), Marvin Gaye(any time),a tribe called quest(very good hip hop group I grew up on), naughty by nature, michael jackson, etc.

 

Marvin Gayes music is awesome...theres so many songs dragged and dropped and remixed of his used in Memphis rap....not to mention his song not messed with are good also.

 

Any Lupe song. And X Gonna Give it To ya by DMX. It just pumps me up.

 

I always feel happy when NWA comes on for some reason... must be the extreme lyrics combined with a happy beat that makes it seem so fun. Like "I don't give a F*ck and I'm happy as sh*t" haha
