    I think the only real worry people should have is if they have a weakened immune system (or elderly). In that case, I'm going to open up the bomb shelter on my land that was built during the 60's. I hope to report back once I return...

    All this Soros conspiratorial stuff is super anti-Semitic. It's an age-old trope and I would ban you for continuing to promote these ideas if I could. It's the same tactics employed by the authors of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Like it or not, repeating it over and over again doesn't make it more true, but it certainly makes you more racist.

    This is also the kind of shit that prevents any positive dialogue in the OT. The garbage you spew negatively affects people. It's mean-spirited and disingenuous. If I found out tomorrow that you were a Russian hacker intent on stoking discord, I wouldn't be surprised in the least.

    For one screw your posts for using this for your political games. You are puposely attempting to spread fear by propagating conspiracy theories involving the coronvirus being spread maliciously and deliberately.

    Secondly, Texas and Wisconsin are not sanctuary states. Just because the others are, you use that to disseminate your anti immigration agenda? Shame on you

    Third, It would be more likely to help him get re-elected...just like 9/11 got W. re-elected.

    It is a pandemic. The coronvirus is scattered across the globe. It is nearly on every continent.

    Maybe I’m crazy, but I really think this virus will be on the outs/will have a vaccine rather quickly and the death toll won’t be devastating in the more developed parts of the world (I mean shear numbers in that statement, my heart goes out to the families that will lose someone). I do fear it could really rip through third world countries not prepared or well off enough to fight it.

    I know something about drug development; I worked many decades in biopharma. Unless a presently existing vaccine proves effective against this corona virus (and I imagine vaccines against viruses in the same family have already been tried) Dr. Fauci is right, we are looking a a year at least and believe me, that is super fast. That is if everything goes right.

    Considering that this is a virus that has gone animals to humans and now back to animals it is a strong chance that this will mutate and the vaccine won't be effective in a year from now.

    • 25 staff and 27 residents of the the Life Care nursing facility in Kirkland, Washington state, are showing symptoms of coronavirus, health officials said Friday
    • Two new confirmed cases in Washington are connected to the long-term care home - with one female staff member in her 40s and one female resident in her 70s both testing positive
