I am not very familiar with Aldridge (although I do believe he does rely on a midrange jumpshot regularly) , but a ton of Amare's points are on midrange jumpers as well...just like Bosh. If you consider Amare a pure post player, then you have to do the same with Bosh.

His height, frequently listed as 6 feet 6 inches, is as stated in his book, I May Be Wrong but I Doubt It, actually closer to 6 feet 4 inches. He received numerous awards, including Southeastern Conference (SEC) Player of the Year (1984), two All-SEC (1983?84) selections, two Second Team All-SEC (1982?83) selections, and one Third Team All-American selection (1984).[6] In addition, Barkley was later named SEC Player of the Decade for the 1980s by the Birmingham Post-Herald.[7]That sounds a little like someone we may know. Maybe it wasnt the best analogy though. Barkley was very finesse in college also though.

Charles Barkley is big and bulky. Durant is skinny and lanky. That ends the comparison right there, let alone their basketball qualities.

Their bodies and skill sets have nothing in common, so it must be the college awards. [IMG] I'm done arguing about this now, because it's going nowhere and you are the only person that feels this way as it is.

As he said when I brought up Artest, O'Neal, the Nuggets, etc., his opinions were "valid," whatever the hell that means.

Personally I think Milwaukee should sign Yi and make a stipulation in his contract that the city of Milwaukee will steal 1,000 chinese people each month.

New update on Yi.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>July 12, 2007 - 1:22 pm Sacramento Bee - The stalemate between the Milwaukee Bucks and Yi Jianlian enters its second week today amid emerging details that Sacramento would be one of the preferred destinations for the lottery-pick forward if he is successful in forcing a trade, The Bee has learned.</div>http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/470...ination_for_yi/I think the Bucks should look at trading Yi in a package for Ron Artest. Artest is clearly on the market and it's time for the Bucks to get a confident second option. Despite his baggage, Artest's game should compliment Redd and his defensively lacking Bucks.

Didn't you hear? Artest wants to retire as a King [IMG] But seriously, crime would go up like 400% in Milwaukee if he got traded there.

wow this is going just as well as when Vancouver ignored Stevie Francis and went ahead and drafted him and he openly pouted on draft night about being picked by the griz...wonder if they'll end up trading him for 30 cents on the dollar.would hate to have to watch Corey Brewer explode in Minny next year too. (although I may be doing that as a C's fan anyways)
