Who has the most range in the NBA? I'm not talking the best 3-shooter, just most range..For me...1) Kobe2) GilbertYou guys?
Vince Carter. If you saw his game winner against the Jazz earlier he shot that 3 from way behind the 3pt line. Hes really really strong most people dont know that, if you see him play, he shoots fadeaway 3 pointers no problem.
MARQUIS DANIELS!!!!!Lol!Wade can hit the halfcourt shots pretty wellRay Allen has some great rangeAll time has to be Reggie Miller!
Mike Miller has shot on several occasions about 5 or so feet our from the arc....but ive seen Kobe make some long shots too....
Caron Butler http://youtube.com/watch?v=CdNEwdPZ-tQBut seriously, Gilbert should be number one. He made around 16 shots right around the halfcourt line at the end of quarters. He definitely has more range than Kobe, in my opinion.
Aside from lucky half court shots, I'd say T-Mac has the most range. Outside of maybe Gilbert, he consistently takes, and makes, more 28-30ft 3's than anyone else in the league. Because of his size, he can shoot over anyone, and he is a bit less streaky than Gil, so I'm going with him.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Or1unYKgweQSEE!!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7iN2gsm67MYou guys remember that shot against the Celtics? He pulled up from about 35 ft, and shot it normally.

I agree with Nitro on TMac, the guy does have a lot of range, and I've seen him burn us with it against the Wizards (also from the 13 pt 30 sec explosion againt SA). He deserves a mention in this thread.
The three guys that come to mind are T-Mac, Gilbert, and Kobe. Those are the three guys that have the ability, the guts, and the track record to pull up from 30 feet any time they want. What I mean by track record is if Smush Parker jacks up a long three, he's getting benched, if T-Mac does (even if he misses it) you just say, "Ahh well".
Mo will that one shot he made against the pacers was awsome one of the best games I seen. It was amazing we were down the whole game we came back pacers miss there freethrows down 2 Mo comes up and hit a almost halfcourt shot lol it was great and no it wasnt a football throw shot :yess:
Vince Carter is pretty good same with T-Mac. It looks effortless to them whereever they shoot from. I gotta go with T-Mac and Gilbert

Then, to close it out, he pulled off that ridiculous under-the-basket windmill. Man, I'm happy I got to see a performance like that live.

By the way...that's '04 Kobe, I wouldn't say his shot was as polished as it is now.....that video I posted were all from the '06 season alone.

T-Mac takes 3pt shots at least 4-5ft beyond the 3pt line moreso than Kobe, and more often than not it's not with the shot clock winding down like with Kobe. BTW, that 3 T-Mac took was farther than that Kobe 3, and he shot it a lot more smoothly and normally than Kobe, who never kicks out his leg like that on 3's. Check out T-Mac and GA's near halfcourt duel I posted, where T-Mac is basically shooting normal jumpers from near halfcourt...and making them.
