Your last point is interesting. It seems like most presidents surround themselves with, their people its hard to know how many are yes men, but dont most if then pick mainly from their political party, and people who basically agree with their views. Not in any way defending Trump, just thinking about the point in pertaining to other presidents.

The POTUS, just like any other upper level management person in a business chooses peopel they feel can do the job and surrounds themselves with competent people. If they don't, and only employ yes men their system ends up failing. trump prefers yes people rather than knowledgeable people cause nobody can tell trump that he is wrong or else they are fired. Look at the turnover this administration has had.

North Korea? How did they slip into a conversation that compared South Korea with the United States? Because they have the most isolation of any country on Earth, the only diseases that I know of that North Korea faces are starvation and VD due to the lack of any morality by their Dear Leader, his son and now his grandson.

come Lanny. Obvious brain fart. I meant south. As what is referenced I'm the quote?

lol...I did the very same thing awhile back...for unexplained reason my mind was thinking South Korea but hands typed North Korea...barfo quickly pointed out my error.

My only defense was as you said, "I must have had a brain fart."

i havent read anything else so mYbe this was mentioned but...

its not like north korea has roughly the same square miles and spread and amount of large cities like America has.

One of the issues is the large scale of our geological spread. Much harder to contain and control when a country is aBout 50 times the size of the one being compared to....
SOUTH Korea. Who knows what's happening in North Korea.
Are you saying the US has too much land to manage effectively? Maybe it should give some of it away.

denying science is an epidemic....hope it doesn't reach pandemic level

by the way, when did the Senate send a bill to the House? last I read they were still working on it

https://thehill.com/homenews/senate...-on-trillion-dollar-coronavirus-stimulus-bill

what exactly is it the House is sitting on? Wasn't it the Democratic house that got the 1st bill passed when the senate was on break?

First, what does the funding have to do with the CDC refusing good test kits from WHO and other countries?

Second, Trumps proposed 2021 cuts are in limbo, the budget has not been approved yet.

Third. The budget cuts Trump proposed for 2019 were overruled by congress. There was no cut in CDC funding last year.

In 2018. The CDC received $11.1 BILLION. You call that underfunded?

8 Billion??? Why does an agency cost so much? If they were attached to FEMA, I could see it. However, right now, they are the guiding light.

Bill is in hold, biggest corporate giveaway in history. Even included clause allowing Treasury Sec or Trump himself to personally decide what businesses to give handouts to, no Congressional approval needed, didn't need to publicly release information for six months. So Trump could give his own hotels a billion dollars in taxpayers' money and not tell us until after election.

Wrote to North Korea offering assistance but tells US governors they're on their own.

And that's exactly what he's been doing for awhile now, which is to leave the handling of this whole calamity up to governors to fend for themselves...this way, Trump believes he can't be held accountable for anything bad that happens yet still leaves the door open to predictably take credit for any success...this is and always has been his MO.

197 million acres of Real estate on Earth.

Wuhan bio lab and point of virus outbreak occupy the same 4 acre plot of land.

Harvard professor secretly set up and illegally assisted Wuhan bio lab at a huge salary was arrested for that and other crimes against America which Deep State Harvard Politician Farm itself is under a wider investigation for, nearly on the day our government first heard of the virus.

There's no such thing as coincidence.

And Epstein didn't kill himself.

Not an ounce of truth in your post.

Rachel lied, Americans died.

Wasn't so obvious to me. I honestly thought you probably, but not with certainty, meant North Korea. My bad.

Trump administration 'cut job of CDC expert in China who could have warned about coronavirus threat weeks earlier'
  • Dr. Linda Quick, an American medical epidemiologist, was the last person to hold a CDC public health position embedded in China's disease control agency
  • Quick left the job, funded by the Center for Diseases and Control, in July, according to four sources
  • The first cases of the coronavirus later emerged, some as early as November, as the position went unfilled by the Trump administration
  • Had the position been filled, sources say, it could have provided real-time updates about the outbreak and warned about the growing threat, sources say
  • The updates could have come as the Chinese government tamped down on the release of information and provided erroneous assessments

Trump should go back to what he does best, lying to his wife and cheating small businessmen out of their payment for construction services on his hotels and cheating students out of a quality Trump University education. Oh, let's not forget cheating on his taxes.

hmmmm...is this innovation or just dumb?

Do you want fries with that burger? Do you want dressing on your salad or undressing?

You know there are other reasons for people to go to the beach than just ''to party''.
Maybe someone had a good reason. I certainly did Saturday.
Nobody is talking about you. It's people who cluster in large groups that are the problem.
You? I doubt you have it in you to do anything wrong.
You are the kind of beach goer that beach towns that depend on tourists want.
