QUOTE

He was a New York City firefighter at Engine Company #55 in Little Italy from 1980 to 1984.The day after the World Trade Center attacks on 9/11, Buscemi showed up at his old firehouse to volunteer to work at Ground Zero. That week, he worked 12 hour shifts digging through the rubble to recover bodies, while refusing to do interviews or have his picture taken.[3]
Everyone always makes fun of how ugly he is...etc...I was looking at his wikipedia page after noticing he directed a Sopranos episode...thought that was interesting.

He's also a mainstay in Quentin Tarantino movies. Scene stealer imo.

The Reservoir Dogs sole survivor. But his best role was the assassin in Things To Do in Denver When You're Dead. He knows how to make the end of a film interesting.

Buscemi is a great actor. Fargo, Lebowski, etc were all good, even if some of his own movies like Ed and His Dead Mother are a bit weird.
