do you eat healthy? I know I dont. Most foods I eat are grilled, fried, or stuffed with cheese and washed down with beer and hawaian punch. yet I cant get fat luckily. I have noticed however since I quit weed I dont spend half as much money on groceries. that means more money in my pocket.
I probably eat fast food a little too much....but I think my diet is healthy. I eat a nice blend of meat, fish, and vegetables...
I dont eat healthy, yet I am very healthy.. I eat alot of meat and cheese.. plus all I drink is sweet tea, water, and coke..
Usually my diet is ridiculiusly fast-food oriented, but I am now on a diet right now (self made) to lose fat. It is-11am- 8 egg whites, 2 servings oatmeal3pm (pre workout)- 1 serving whey protein, 1 large apple4:30pm (post workout)- 1 serving whey protein, 1 Uncrustables, 3 rice cakes8pm- 3 4oz grilled chicken breasts, 2 servings mixed veggies11pm- 1 yorgurtThroughout the day I also have honey roasted peanuts if I get hungry.
Non red meat and seafood (especially tuna and chicken), lots of bananas, whole grain cereal, ceaser salad, pita bread, lots of water and milk, protein shakes. Labatt Blue Light, Guiness, or 1800 tequila and water when I drink.I'm a gym rat and try to eat well. I'm always looking for new healthy things that I can grill. Drinking like a fish doesn't help though, and I splurge on the occassional Pizza Papalis or Quiznos like everyone.
Usually during the summer, I would stay up until like 4-6 in the morning and sleep in until like 4 or 5. Daily, I manage to only eat 1 mean which would be dinner and usually drink water throughout the day.You have no idea how much weight you can lose from that.
I dont eat alot of meals in a day. Usually just one big one a day and I get filled up quick. thats probably why I can get away with eating unhealthy foods and staying the same weight.
I dont eat that healthy I eat alot of junkfood but I dont get fat and all. I always have some rice, bread whatever in my meals. Im a meateater though, IM not a fan of most vegatables. Also I dont eat chocolate or drink soda.
Mleh, my diet is kinda mixed. I eat healthy stuff and unhealthy stuff. I play ball and run everyday so I don't get fat.I'm also trying to cut down on drinking a lot of coke.
Alot of people can eat like pigs in theirs teens and early 20s and stay in shape. Once you guys start nearing your 30s, your metabolisms will start to let up. I'm only 23 so I don't know firsthand, but I always thought that was common knowledge.
Usually have fast food once or twice a week. Breakfast in the summer, toast, scrambled eggs sometimes, sometimes cereal. Lunch, frozen microwaved food like hot pockets. For dinner usually rice with something on the side or something else. I only drink Barley Tea or water, so I guess thats good. Usually when I get hungry, I'll just drink barley tea or water and feel full.

You probably lost or maintained your weight for whatever other reason. It is much healthier to eat 4-6 small meals a day than 1 big meal. The whole point is to moderate your carb and calorie intake. Starving yourself and then splurging definately is not healthy.
Taco Bell, Chex Mix, canned fruit and tons of water. I've always been over 200 pounds (But I'm a little over 6'2"), but it's never been a problem. Since my mom started her new job I've been eating cereal and carrots a lot.
Drinks: Haven't had regular soda in 2 years, and ocasionally I'll have a drink with regular sugar in it. But it's usually something more healthy, like a vitamin water or gatorade when I'm playing ball or golfin...Food: I try to eat healthy, but I don't eat that healthy, all the extra sweet stuff I limit myself to like once or twice a week, and a lot of stuff is like half the fat ice cream, etc. etc.
I have a terrible diet, and I really need to stop eating this way. 99% of the time I eat a meal, it is either chicken (usually fried), pizza, spagettio's, cheese sandwiches, mac & cheese, or tomato soup. My parents never forced me to try a lot of things, and I'm easily the pickiest 18 year old ever. This is a problem though, because I actually am starting to get chest pains, and it's pretty scary at age 18.
