<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CelticBalla32 @ Jul 10 2007, 10:15 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I have a terrible diet, and I really need to stop eating this way. 99% of the time I eat a meal, it is either chicken (usually fried), pizza, spagettio's, cheese sandwiches, mac & cheese, or tomato soup. My parents never forced me to try a lot of things, and I'm easily the pickiest 18 year old ever.</div>Thats exactly how I am, im very picky. Like I dont eat beef, I dont eat meats with cheeses, breads...weird sh*t like that. Luckily, I learned from a young age to exercise well just playing sports and small techniques...I already had heart problems so I had to exercise to stay in shape..so uh Yeah...
I eat just right, lots of fruits, vegetables, milk for every meal, meat, spaghetti....I eat some fast food but not a whole lot, I do pretty well
I eat everything. I'm not picky at all so I get some of every food group. The only things I hate are some Persian eggplant dish and regular pretzels. I eat out usually once a week, sometimes twice. I eat healthy for the most part, but I also eat some junk food. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at since I started lifting weights and running.
I always get the hungriest I get all day at 130 am now. shits crazy. maybe because my body is used to being high everyday at 130am but I just devoured like 4 tacos in 3 minutes.
Breakfast-I usually have cereal or toast w/ peanut butter or jam.Lunch-I don't really have much of a choice here because there's nothing in the fridge usually. Sandwiches, corn dogs, hot dogs, or mini frozen pizzas. This is also my least favorite meal of the day.Dinner-My mom makes dinner every day of the week except friday, when we get fast food. My favorites are spaghetti or chicken and rice.I also snack randomly through the day when I get hungry. I eat those gummy fruit snacks, apples, cookies, or chocolate if we have any.

I try to eat/drink healthy. Don't have too much junk food, eat a lot of fruit, some veggies, always diet soda, don't have a lot of sweets.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Mobruler @ Jul 10 2007, 06:49 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Alot of people can eat like pigs in theirs teens and early 20s and stay in shape. Once you guys start nearing your 30s, your metabolisms will start to let up. I'm only 23 so I don't know firsthand, but I always thought that was common knowledge.</div>It's different for some people, like if I had the same diet as my friend who eats fast food 5 days of the week and candy all the time I would be Tony's weight. My friend is the skinniest kid ever. His entire family eats horrible and they are all really skinny.
My diet is really bad...I don't eat breakfast. For lunch is have some cake or something sweet, and then for dinner about 3 nights a week I eat pizza, I eat a lot of spagheti and lasagne, stuff like that most other nights...I snack a lot during the day...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Mobruler @ Jul 10 2007, 10:56 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Actually you can't lose any from that. You probably lost or maintained your weight for whatever other reason. It is much healthier to eat 4-6 small meals a day than 1 big meal. The whole point is to moderate your carb and calorie intake. Starving yourself and then splurging definately is not healthy.</div>Well, I lost a lot of weight that summer, I turned from a lil fat kid to a thin one over summer....it did help that I jogged too.
Today I ate ffrench fries, a triple stacker, chicken lunch meat, poppers+pizza rolls, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. I was also nominated for dietician of the year. foreal ima bout eat a little healthier and excercise somewhat. I already smoke cigs, if I keep sh*t up the way I am ill die before I hit 60.
