LOL...Gupta is not one of Trump's advisors.

Trump doesn't listen to doctors or scientists anyway...and so, he's responsible for thousands of unnecessary deaths.

That's funny, he extended the nation stay home request on the advice from his COVID-19 task force. Yeah, that's it! I remembered because all the media was saying he wouldn't listen to his advisors and open the country up on Easter.

Where have I deflected? I admitted he said those things. LOL

Now can you actually admit your statement was false. I mean you gave me an Occupy meme and a video clip. I responded in kind with the media downplaying the virus and gave you a timeline of actions he took in the Months of Jan, Feb, March and April. Did you read them?

    Nope...my message stands.

Gupta is not Trump's advisor...Trump is ultimately accountable, yes or no?

Well, if you aren't reading them, there really isn't a point on this open discussion right? I mean, you'll toss your sensationalism and cover your eyes on opposing data? Who's the delusional one? LOL

Now you see how pointless this is. LOL. Sorry man. But you are being devirginized to what many of us have had to deal with anytime we want to try to actually discuss and debate politics around here. You left to help the campaign, and it spiraled odnwhill ever since...

    Into this.

In case I didn’t make it clear in an earlier post Mags, it’s great to have you back. We usually have different viewpoints but at least you try to make a reasoned attempt to debate the issues, rather than harangue, harangue, harangue. You’re a needed breath of fresh air.....please don’t wander too far again.

Thanks brother! Yeah, had to take a break for personal reasons. I'll try and be more active on the Blazer side. Still pretty salty about our last season. Don't want to scrimmage through the TRADE EVERYONE posts and get pissed off! LOL.

It's sensationalism. To be honest, I was right there when Obama was President. Things get salty when you can't stand the President. I give them the benefit of the doubt.

He's very calm. Most people who read a thread and see a "wonder how the trumpers are gonna spin this one" before they have a chance to think about it are going to respond in kind.

let me guess...you didn't compile that long list yourself....you copy/pasted it from a right-wing website or the trump re-election campaign

it was filled with distraction, deflection, mis-direction, and as usual, gave trump implied credit for tons of things he had little to no part in. The federal government actually performs functions on an ongoing basis, whoever the president is

I'll amend my earlier comment: the Feds have actually done a few things. Some of them have even gone the opposite direction of for instance, FEMA stealing critical medical supplies from states, which has happened by the way. But, and this is important IMO, the curve-flattening and small optimistic signs in several states, especially on the left coast, are because of actions of governors and cooperation of the people by investing in shared accountability. Again, those positive signs are despite trump, not because of him. And the notion that he'd assign himself accountability before the fact, instead of trying to steal credit from others after the fact is laughable...which is why that long list of yours was 'fake news'

It is the WHO's policy to believe whatever a country says. This assures that they will be on at least reasonable terms when the next infection arrives.

Too bad he didn't listen to those advisers sooner rather than claim it's no big deal and we only have 15 cases with all but one fully recovered and it's well under control. Probably could have saved a lot of lives and been well ahead of the curve. How'd that work out for him? :smiley-hmm:

Well, yeah.... I told you this already. LOL

Give me an example instead of that generalized statement.

The ones that tried to advise trump. You're a smart guy. Do your research.

By the way, trump didn't shut down the nation, the Govenors of individual states put the order in place. Now trump wants the authority to open the government after saying the government is just a "back up". Can't have it both ways.

    Oh you mean Dr. Fauci?

You mean the one that said, "There is no need to change lifestyle yet" on February 29th? The one that said Americans are perfectly safe for healthy Americans to take a cruise and hold campaign rallies March 9th?

    Do you need more examples?
