The IRS has been around a lot longer than trump and I doubt the commisioner he appointed has much to do with getting the checks out quickly. That's for internal people who have likely been there before trump. A pork processing plant in Sioux Falls SD shut down after more than 300 workers tested positive. They worked in close quarters without safety gear. South Dakota has no shutdown order. The mayor of Sioux Falls asked the governor to declare one. She said it's unnecessary. However the state is using state funds for a clinical trial of Trump's pet "cure" despite the fact that another clinical trial was just ended due to severe side effects. But doing what Trump wants takes precedence over public health and fiscal responsibility.
