This study was if this drug reduces the need for ventilators. It also states this:

“These findings highlight the importance of awaiting the results of ongoing prospective, randomized, controlled studies before widespread adoption of these drugs.”

I’m completely supportive of getting those results.

According to the VA patients who took hydroxychloroquine,

Those who took it = 27.8% death rate.

    Those who didn't = 11.4% death rate.

They have every right to not recommend it. Maybe they have good reason. The FDA commissioner said there are 20 legitimate trials and various different scenarios regard HDQ. Also stated the many tests for other therapeutic treatments as well.

the more the merrier I would say

Could the MMR vaccine help protect against coronavirus complications? Cambridge University scientists say the jab could help because the infections 'share similar proteins'
    • Statistics show that people over the age of 65 are most likely to die of COVID-19
    • MMR vaccination began in the UK in the 1960s, meaning older people missed it
    • Scientists at Cambridge said coronavirus and rubella are 29 per cent the same
    • They found evidence of higher rubella immunity in recovered COVID patients
    • Suggest their findings mean 'a study is warranted' into a connection

That’s pretty interesting. So this maybe one connection why this virus is deadlier to older people.

higher fatalities in the hydroxychloroquine group than the control? no benefits to the group receiving protocol? never trust the hunch or gut feeling of an amateur when they are playing god with other peoples lives, especially those most vulnerable and grasping at straws. maybe the lawsuit against fox has merit after all. SAD, smh. i have respect for the news division there and often check for their perspective on the headlines, but i am deeply troubled by the seemingly irresponsible actions of the network's commentary and talk shows. i do realize that others including cuomo spoke somewhat encouragingly, but these folks were shills for the product.(treatment)
