The burdon of truth is not on Biden...it's on his accuser. He really doesn't have to respond unless the court orders him to and he probably shouldn't if he's indeed innocent. Usually the guilty will talk a hundred miles and hour about a story like this.

I never said it didn't happen. I said that it doesn't appear that the Senate archives are sealed. The New York Times looked through them and couldn't find it.
