Sam Lloyd, best known for playing the iconic hangdog lawyer Ted Buckland on “Scrubs,” has died, TMZ is reporting. He was 56. Lloyd was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor in January 2019 after suffering headaches in the wake of the birth of his first child, Weston, with wife Vanessa. Doctors determined that the tumor was too far intertwined to operate and that it had metastasized from his lungs and spread to his liver, spine and jaw.
