Usually when the offseason comes around I stop caring about basketball and start focusing more on baseball and the upcoming football season. I still pay attention to what the Warriors are doing, but it just isn't my main focus...It happens to me with all three sports every season, too.

As much as I like NBA, im a much bigger ravens fan anyday then I am basketball fan but that's likely due to the whole home town thing and the facts that we are gonna win the superbowl this year for mcnair.

I don't think I ever went through the phase. I'm always up to date, I love talking about the Rockets and such.When there's nothing happening in the NBA, I'm always out and/or playing ball.

I've been looking at lots of NBA stuff but not posting the the NBA section at all. Don't know why
Re: I haven't been talking much basketball Yeah same with me. It is mainly tennis for me right now as this is the tennis season in the atp tour. French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open along with some small tournaments. It keeps me busy until basketball season starts again.

I used to be an NBA freak, but ever since Miami "won" the title I just can't get into it anymore. That's why I mainly only post in the Pistons/Off-topic/Debates/Other Sports forums.

I was still a huge Wizards fan at the time and would watch every game but it just wasn't fun for me to debate and discuss certain topics in the NBA.
Re: I haven't been talking much basketball I agree with what you're saying, Balla. It's rough, especially in the offseason. The thing about the NBA that is annoying is that most young teams don't have a chance right now against your Dallases, your Sunses, and your Spurses. It's hard to really care about the league for other reasons too, like the fact that most trades and signings don't actually happen, like KG to anywhere or even Gerald Wallace going to any other team. Nothing interesting seems to happen in the NBA off-seasons compared to most other leagues.

It's not because it's offseason right now, I have the same feeling during regular season. It just get redundant after this long. Same arguments, homers, phony trade rumors, etc
