Myself I think it's too soon for sports...we haven't dealt with the second wave of the virus here yet and we don't have a tested vaccine....if they conduct safe workouts without public access and have tests available....it's a risk some might choose to take but I don't blame CJ....my daughter in law is going to have a baby this month...I want this virus gone already...I'm following the pattern New Zealand practiced with success and not getting in a rush about this danger just for the economy or for my entertainment

if his ability to provide for himself or getting paid by the blazers depended on participation he would possibly think different.

We're about two months out since the NBA postponed the season and I'm not sure what's really changed?

Why now? Why are they opening up facilities?

There's no vaccine and there's not enough tests, so I'm not entirely sure what the league's end game is here ...

Now, from a strictly basketball perspective, this season is far too gone to save. It's been damn near 60 days since a competitive game has taken place, the players probably haven't shot a ball in that time, and we're not even factoring the phycological impact a return could have. You're telling me players will be able to go out there and play with a clear conscience and focus entirely on the game at hand? I find that hard to believe.

TLDR: the on-court product would be awful and not worth it to risk the safety of players and staff.

They're not opening things up from a competitive standpoint. That's why head coaches aren't allowed. It's just to allow players to get in some workouts with team personnel. Not proper practices to gear up for games, as far as I can tell.

This will be the new normal. They’ll take people’s temperatures before going to theaters and sporting events. Same as taking off shoes at airport. We’ll get used to it.

What the nurse that took my wife’s test told us the anti body test responds to a bunch of different viruses like SARS, mer’s, a other influenzas?
    It can’t differentiate from C19?
    I’d never heard that before?

It's all about the "Likes". Some are cheap. $5 at most. But others will cost you dearly! The Ironman can be expensive!
