I understand it's important that we protect people from the covid especially the vulnerable, but there is no excuse as to why we don't take the same serious measures against this type of abuse and disease that can be addressed with more of a priority.

My young married neighbor gal just got laid off from one of the Prominent Portland hospitals after re-assigning and spending hours in reaction to covid-19. Tents that were put up to take on overflow were taken down a couple weeks after they were put up.

Still can't believe there are people out there who actually believe this was planned by China...don't they understand that China's economy is also in the toilet?

 

I don't believe it was pre meditated but they didn't ring the bell when they should have.

 

I think they were possibly just as confused/perplexed by what they were confronted with, after all, it was new to them as well...and if we resolve ourselves to condemn China for not "ringing the bell" when we think they could/should have, what does that conversely say about our country's lack of a timely response?
