Rondo needs to step up if you guys are gonna be starting him as your PG during the season...he is barely averaging a single assist a game.

Running sets in summer league is pointless. The point of summer league is to let everybody play free and see what you have. They know what Rondo can do, they know what he did last year, but they are focusing on what he can't do in these games.
Nice blog CB. Leon Powe and Glen Davis make a great threat inside, and Gabe Pruitt is a beast from the outside. The guy who is really disappointing to see play has got to be Allen Ray. He takes to much shots and misses pretty much most of them, disappointing.
Hey, CB32, I haven't really had time to watch any of these games, and I was wondering what's been up with Gerald? Has he been getting his shots and they're just not falling or is he just really struggling with everything right now?

Has he been getting his shots and they're just not falling or is he just really struggling with everything right now?</div> He still has a lot to learn, I'll start off with that. But I'm really not as worried about Gerald as some others may be, because I really don't care if Gerald scores 20 a night in summer league or not. I want to see him work on his weaknesses and show improvements defensively, which he has done. Gerald has looked very solid on the defensive end, and while it's against summer league competition, it's an improvement. He can't find the touch on his shots, he's still an absolutely horrible ball handler, but he has toned his arms a bit and has shown improvements in the weaker points of his game. Another thing about Gerald is that even when he's missing shots, he doesn't sulk on the court and/or hoist up 3's until one falls. He has been aggressively trying to take it to the basket. He hasn't always succeeded, but it's a mindset Gerald didn't have before. Overall, he has been a little bit of a disappointment, but again, I'm not as worried about his offensive production in this summer league as others are. We know what Gerald can do offensively, and he has done it plenty of nights against real NBA competition, I could care less how many jumpers he hits in summer league. If anything, I'm most worried about his trade value at this point.
