He can take carries on downs where Gonzalez may have had a catch... They could also just throw a flat route to Addai when none of the receivers are open.

Addai is a good catcher, but he's a RB.</div>this proves that you don't know what a pass-catching RB is and it proves that you don't know Addai is one. RBs like Addai can grab 80-90 catches in a season if they're lucky, just ask Steven Jackson or Marshall Faulk. That's what Addai does for the offense, he's can pound the ball up the middle as well as be a receiving threat which is why he'll have more of an effect on the passing game than Anthony.

Look, I think Gonzalez can get 700 yards just like Addai got 1000 yards, I was right then, I'll probably be right now

There is a HUGE difference between 700 and 1000 yards. You're pretty naive.

I'll comeback all day if I have to. There is no way in hell that Gonzalez puts up 700-1,000 yards with Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne and Joseph Addai on the field. Watch some football before assuming that you know everything about everything. This is why there are busts in the NFL, because people like you assume the best of players and they don't get sh*t in return. I'm not saying Gonzalez will be a bad player, in fact I'll say that he takes over Reggie Wayne's #2 spot when Harrison retires, but your thinking way out of context.

How many yards did you think Addai would get? I bet I was the only one who thought he could get 1000

For starters, YOUR NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD WHO THOUGHT JOSEPH ADDAI WOULD GET 1,000 YARDS. You predicted that because you heard a few experts, or even people here on BBW, say that Addai is underrated and will be great so you took what they said and made it as if your the one who knew what he could do all along. Secondly, I'll say this one last time, ADDAI PLAYS RB NOT WR. If you would get out of your house more and play football maybe you'd realize they are two completely different positions. Thirdly, you have no clue what it takes to learn an NFL system do you?? Didn't think so, so hurry up and make another dumb a** post so I can prove you wrong once more. Go ahead, I got all day.

I though Addai could get 900 depending on how much Rhodes played. Since he didn't play that much, Addai surpassed that.700 is closer to 421 (like 808HornetsFan predicted) than it is to 1000.

Obviously there's a dfiference between the two, I just said it in comparrison to my predictions. I was not yet posting on BBW when I made the Addai predictions, and I don't read any NFL media thingys. So therefore, it was my own opinion

Nobody predicts things based on potential in a player's first year. Ask anyone here... And stop changing the subject all the damn time and make a smart, well though out paragraph on why Anthony Gonazles will be OROY and get 1,000 yards. And have a reason other than "usually what I predict is right" or "your stupid" or whatever BS you've been saying.

This whole thread is you sounding stupid. [IMG] First you started off by saying that Gonzalez is better than Calvin Johnson, then you actually think that he will get 1000 yards in the slot next season with a healthy Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark, and Joseph Addai who will be getting more touches this season? That season where Manning spread the ball out so much was a one of a kind year, and he sure as hell isn't going to redo that with a rookie as his third out, no matter how good Payton is. You can have your predictions, but stop being a freaking homer; Calvin Johnson is the better player and will have a better career than Gonzalez trust me.

But as far as rookie seasons, I think they can be equal, and Gonzales can be better his rookie year simply because of who his QB is

There is no doubt in my mind Gonzalez is gonna be a great player, not only because of Peyton, but because of his great work ethic and physical abilities</div>People pile on you for being a homer and yet somehow you keep posting things like this, and amaze them all over again.
