    They would need to build more jails to arrest all those people and hold them for 10 years. Would be a dream scenario for privately owned jails.

    It's just part of their war on big business. Privately owned jails are going to pull out of states like California and relocate to Texas, where they can actually make a profit. Blue states are going to collapse.
