irrelevant. A suburb is determined by location typically as part of a large metropolitan area. not whether it is affluent or not. Kind of like you have areas like Compton that's a suburb of LA.

 

I'm a nearly lifelong Oregonian and I can testify how unusual it is to see protests in Pendleton, Mefford, and Prineville in solidarity with black America. It makes me proud of my state...damn proud

I’d say the vast majority of the country is in solidarity with black America, and the vast majority is appalled by the rioters and looters.
