Watched The Wrong Missy the other night and found it pretty funny. David Spade has aged, but he still always makes me thing of his role in Tommy Boy.

And every time I think of Tommy Boy I miss Chris Farley. RIP.

CJ posted this on FB today and I can't wait to check a few more of these films out! 13th is an amazing documentary... going to have to re-watch that one! Gives me chills just thinking about it!

All three Discworld "movies." Each is actually a two-part BBC TV miniseries.

Goin' Postal, The Color of Magic, and The Hogfather.

Brilliant stories by Terry Pratchett, brilliantly presented. I think all three are still available on the Tubi app.

Watched that with the wife. A light hearted predictable comedy. A good laugh.

Also saw The Lovebirds on Nextflix too. Pretty funny

So, watched Once Upon a Time in Hollywood this past weekend. I had heard great things about it. Was underwhelmed. I liked Brad Pitt's character, and the twist on the story was interesting, but overall, I was very disappointed.

    IT WAS AWESOME!

It was exactly what it was trying to be, a low budget, b movie, horror parody.

I liked it. I just wanted more from it. Better than the horror movie I watched last night, Black Christmas. That movie sucked.

Watched The Way Back. It was pretty good. It dragged a little bit to start. We get pretty early he is a raging alcoholic. They hammer it in a little too much before it gets to the heart of it. A strong performance by Affleck.

Saw the new Judd Apatow / Pete Davidson movie this weekend. Pete is not my favorite, I think it's probably a generational thing. But it was a good movie. Typical Apatow - boy/man has to learn to grow up. It was more sweet than funny, but pretty well done. B.

This Netflix movie looks a bit bizarre. But, it's Will Ferrell, after all...

    Just saw Becky. Holy shit!

Weird seeing Kevin James in that role

Also, what a psycho Rambo girl. Wouldn't want to cross her path.

Palm Springs was a nice little rom-com with a twist. More comedy than romance if that sways you. It's on Hulu.
