Kamela Harris is the forum fav as she has over 34% (11 votes) of the forum votes while Abrams has a little under 10% with only 3.

Pence doesn't debate either. He just talks about how Trump is his lord and savior.

My response to him was that debates even with Trump get huge ratings. You are correct about the rallys, but regardless of what party that the objective to excite their base. I'm more focused on Joe and his campaign and who he picks as vp, and what his key platform will be. He has my vote now but if he gets to got up in appealing to radical left and really struggles mentally I would consider a write in or possible libertarian. I wish peoples synergy would be less Trump and more Biden and simply don't acknowledge his every move & let him be forgotten and fade away. I never believed in that term Trump derangement syndrome, but Im kind getting it now.

You are correct with the poll, but yesterday and Thursday there seemed to be some endorsing happening in here. Which is fine I was only commenting she was left off that top ten list and didn't know why? Has she bowed out?

writing in a vote is akin to not even voting. If you truly want trump gone then a vote needs to go to the one that can actually beat him, otherwise you are playing right into trump.

It was just the writers opinion as to who is on the list so take it for what it's worth.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
    From the article:

On the not-so-serious side appears to be former Georgia state Rep. Stacey Abrams, who was an early front-runner in the most-mentioned crowd for VP, but does not appear to be in the running now. Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar removed herself from consideration on Thursday evening.

Abrams has acknowledged she has yet to hear from the Biden team during the vetting process while Klobuchar has struggled to get beyond the taint of her time spent as the lead prosecutor in Minneapolis in the early 2000s following the death of George Floyd last month.

dont agree..I vote for someone who I think might line up with my positions for the most part and have confidence in. I would never vote for someone simply as a vote against someone. That's why you hear me advocate for opening to more than two prominent parties for debates. I'm an independent for that reason, aren't you an independent?

Agree or disagree a 3rd party vote will not win and ends up being a wasted vote. I want my vote to mean something.

    without changing the constitution:
1.) #ranked choice voting. honestly the only way i see getting more variety in the senate
2.)# god bless the irish, combine congressional districts to elect more from a single district by #ranked choice voting. each vote more valuable-better/greater participation. maybe double the number of members in the house.cool but not absolutely necessary.
3.) end imperial presidencies by limiting the power to legislate through executive action. congress must do their duty.

IMHO these changes result in more not less coalitions to represent their interests, ie. social democrats, christian democrats, conservative democrats, libertarian, christian republicans, america first party, conservative republican party maybe more

In the upcoming election, it means you voted for a dreadful president or a merely crappy one.

    “Dradful” vs “dreadful”?
    “Creepy” vs “crappy”?

Not sure how to respond to your post.

I now consider myself an independent as well but I think what Cup is questioning is whether or not you are prepared or willing to accept another 4 years of Trump. If you truly don't believe it matters, then by all means write in Donald Duck if you want to.

But here's the thing, Trump's base WILL vote with force and passion. And if enough people assume that Biden is a shoo-in, as they did with Hillary in 2016, Trump will be re-elected.

I didnt vote for either last election, but I voted.
I said in my original comment that Joe has my votes as of now but if he goes sideways on me I will vote for another candidate and it won't be trump.

If Joe loses its not because of me possibly voting another way it will be because Bernie's army didn't show up along with others like last election.

Bottoms is the pick. It's already been decided. They are waiting until the last minute to announce.
