I really wish I had a 360 or PS3. Sadly, I do not. But when I do get one, Halo 3 will surely be out and I will cop it. I watched some videos of people playing the trial beta on youtube. It looks like they improved quite a bit. They re-added the assault rifle, a few new weapons and tricks. New maps, of course. Graphics look pretty insane. Just can't wait.

I was leaning towards the 360 anyway. Besides, the ps3 is way too expensive...they lowered the price and it's still too expensive. Confirmed for the game:-Customizable armor and helmets-You can take screenshots and upload them to bungie.net-More equipment to come (total is in single digits): Jammer messes up radar which leads to chaos.-Brute chopper is great for ramming into people, lots of pointy stuff and blades for extra damage.-Still more unnanounced maps than announced maps-Stitch all the H3 MP maps together and still not as big as a SP map-MAP: Shrine (desert map) is huge, biggest map. Best for vehicles-MAP: Epitah is Forerunner 'cathedral'-MAP: Last Resort is remake of Zanzibar-Bungie SP/MP team is about 80/20% in sizeSick.EDIT: Also I was reading that you can video record your matches and watch them afterward. You can also play yourself as an AI. Awesome.

I'm very exited for Halo 3, been anticipating it since the first trailer was released 1 1/2 years before the game was scheduled to come out. Can't wait for the return of the pistol, moving turrets, and the 'bubble shield' or whatever it's called. I still have to reserve it though. -- SirLaker is there any news on a Lockout or Coagulation remake?
Halo 3 is tight... I played the beta, and at first I didn't like it because I was used to Halo 2, but the more I played it the more I liked the multi-player. It's going to be sick...And yes, it automatically records the entire game from your perspective, and you can either save or discard the video after the game. If you save it, it goes onto your profile, and other players can watch your videos and you can watch there videos. It is basically the same thing as the capture card people buy to make montages, but it's built into the game.
I dunno about Halo 3, the graphics dont really impress me. Compared to Gears of War and some other games they didnt really put much effort into the graphics engine. Hopefully the gameplay will make up for it. Ill prolly still buy it just because the multiplayer matches will be so packed.
they said that its still not in teh final part of it, they said they would update the GFX. I don't care about that. I am hoepfully gettin a 360 in a bit, and that is the 1st game I will be copping. It justs looks so much more fun, watched some of the playing on the internet, just sick.
I'm not obsessed witht he Halo series or anything but I'll definetly buy this. I don't neccesarily need to get it the day it comes out though. I'm more of a call of duty guy.

The new CoD is gonna be the best ever in the series. It's not WWII anymore, and the game just looks great. I've always been a sucker for WWII games, but this one is sure to be good.
I never liked halo as much as everyone else. didnt see whats so great about it. Give me GTA4 or MGS4 over Halo3 anyday.

Man I just watched the trailer for COD4. It looks soooo sick. I can't wait until October 30. I also heard the beta will be available for xbl in August.
