We have buses and streetcars. I have been riding the RTA bus and streetcar since 2nd grade to school.
My small town of around 20,000 doesn't have an public transportation. Almost every family has some sort of vehicle, but the less unfortunate people live mostly in one part of town where everything is within walking distance for them.
We have the Light Rail here, it looks like it's pretty much the same as your Muni. I take it to all the Nuggets games cause it stops just about right in front of the Pepsi Center.Thats all we have here really, other than the regular bus. But I never ride that.
Just city busses and cabs.At OU they have that Safe-Cab, I'm not exactly sure what it's called. The free cab that takes you home to prevent drunk driving. I'm pretty sure most colleges have them or something like it. I'm sure I'll be calling that sombitch a lot
We got cabs and buses that's about it, unless you can't the trolley but those are just for show rather than transportation. The public doesn't get much out here, only the rich tourists can travel the island in luxury.
We have transportation services here. Basically they run buses throughout College Station that take you to campus. You can also take them to other locations, but it's pretty difficult to do that. We have a small amount of cabs here too, I believe.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (LAZY @ Jul 16 2007, 04:44 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>At OU they have that Safe-Cab, I'm not exactly sure what it's called. The free cab that takes you home to prevent drunk driving. It's called CARPOOL here, which is a stupid backronym for Caring Aggies R Protecting Over Our Lives. Anyway, they have a guy and a girl come pick you up in a car or whatever, and take you wherever you need to go. You don't have to be drunk... I've used it twice. One time I took it to a party, and another time I took it home from the student recreation center when I locked my keys in my car.
I used to ride the city bus alot, I dont think im above it at all like alot of people do. But now I got a car, so I transport myself where I need to be.
Just busses and taxi cabs. Sometimes I would take the bus to school if I want to go really late, but I usually just get a ride from my friend or my bro.

Can run anywhere from 5-45 minutes late. Not the greatest option, but when its on time its alrightBART: A lot faster and more reliable than Muni. Also a lot more comfortable...The only bad thing about BART is that it is VERY loud in tunnels...Cable Cars: Obviously mainly for tourist attraction, it is reliable but runs slowly. Not a bad option for tourists and citizens.</div>Same. It's funny how overrated BART is. It pales in comparison to just about any big city's transit system, yet they call it the best in the country.
